Liverpool Disco

For me, one of the best parts of traveling is looking back at the weird little souvenirs the are accumulated during the journey. 

Last night, I came upon this one... and it's one of my favorites.

It was at some hotel in Liverpool, UK in the early 2000s. On one Thursday night there, I picked this 70s disco night flyer with a (most likely unauthorized) shot of John Travolta from Saturday Night Fever.

And the memorable line of that flyer ... "All of the hits you know IN BLISTERING MONO"

 I totally forgot the name of the hotel, but today I Googled the name of the club, Friday's (which is on the card), and it seems the hotel name is Adelphi Hotel.
